OVERVIEW

Small batch craft cider brewed by Paddlock Cellars in Healdsburg, California. Organic, hand picked Gravenstein apples were used to brew this cider. Paddlock Cellars is a small batch winery and decided to brew a cider this year alongside their signature wine selections. They wanted an identity for their cider that was different from their winery branding.
